    3. Eligibility

    To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, a legal resident of the United States, and authorized to enter into binding agreements. By submitting an application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of services and potential legal action.

    4. Application and Prequalification

    Submitting a prequalification application through GBB Loans does not constitute a formal loan application and does not guarantee financing. The prequalification process uses a soft credit inquiry that will not affect your personal credit score. However, if you choose to proceed with a specific lender's offer, that lender may perform a hard credit inquiry, which could impact your credit score. You acknowledge that any financing offer is subject to the lender's independent underwriting and approval process.

    5. User Obligations

    You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You shall not: (a) use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Site; (c) use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Site without express written permission; or (d) transmit any harmful code, viruses, or other malicious content.

    6. Intellectual Property
